Overview
During a pivoting time for the educational system, Cognia invited our team to develop a branding exercise that would help them revamp their marketing messaging into a unified idea. Facilitating an in-person Design Thinking workshop was a great way to gather valuable research from the Cognia leadership team. After reflecting on the team's responses and synthesizing their experiences, we conducted two more focused sessions with Cognia leaders to refine their new brand identity.
Contributions as Research & Design Director
Stakeholder interviews, staff interviews, preparing interview guides, synthesizing insights, designing and preparing presentations, facilitating design thinking workshops, facilitating branding exercises, and summarizing recommendations.
